Artist's thoughts:
I have Blue Jay feathers on my desk sprouting out of a small glass perfume bottle I found while cleaning out my mother's estate. The bottle is semi opaque and dark blue, thin and wide with high shoulders and an Art Deco feel.
Blue was mom's favorite color.
